Some of the plastic racks used to distribute free newspapers and magazines near the old A&P on Pelham Road, in the vicinity of the bus stop, need to be removed or replaced. Some racks are filled with garbage and no longer serve the intended purpose, other racks have become unsightly with graffiti and bird droppings. See photo attached to this report for an example.
