94-96 Center Street has numerous junk cars in the driveway and on the front grass. There are at least 4 cars and trucks that just sit there along with trash and other debris. The second and third floor of the house is being used as a rooming house. People coming and going at all times of the night and day. Zoning and Planning has been contacted numerous times but no help. Someone please help. The quality of life of the neighborhood is slowing going down the tube. Someone please FIX THIS.
