Curious what the city can do to prevent the constant piling of trash around this dumpster? This is a weekly issue, and eyesore and health hazard to the residents of this neighborhood.
Furniture and other debris are always being dumped at this container, the one on 7th and Charles Ct. and on Charles Ct east of 7th Street currently has TV's sitting there for several weeks!
