2/16/17 NO ISSUE AT THIS TIME KH

How can this be fixed when the trash is still laying there? It was trash out front and now the same trash out back. I realize that the city never picks up all the trash that's put out, but this has been over a month you think they would see it.This is what makes areas look so bad. This back alley is an on going problem it even gets worse in the summer.

Jones court is still a mess it has not ever been totally cleaned up . Part of the problem is the city trash dept never takes all of the trash, the other problem is that 1241 Worley and 1245 Worleys back yards have trash all over the back yards. Then there is the drive thru that the only time their trash is NOT blowing all over the entire neighborhood is the one day it gets picked up. Why can we not get this all cleaned up. The neighborhood is trying to clean up but how can we do it when there are the bad people get away with this mess they make?
