Description
Traffic light for East and West bound 12 Mile rd traffic will cycle through twice before allowing traffic through the intersection. Left turn light will work but not thru traffic. 10 cars are waiting to get through the intersection, so it's not like the cameras are not seeing any traffic. This at 5:30am.
