Under the K Street Bridge behind Golden Rule Plaza located at 1050 K Street,NW on the highway is a bunch of trash that when the wind blows... it blows all over the highway. I had my people clean the hill, but our contract doesn't allow us to go on the highway. - WE cleaned it ourselves, but it is the job of FHA or DPW.
