I'm not positive, but I'm pretty sure if construction is being done on ANY building in Gallup, you must have a yellow permit posted visibly for all the world to see. I'm having a hard time believing that the "new" footprint laid out for the construction at the Islamic Center is definitely not to code and what about handicap parking spaces??? If everyone in Gallup has to abide by the law then we want to see it enforced everywhere in Gallup.
