It's not just rain, but also melting snow causes this flooding from the side of Wheeler St. all the way down the sidewalk. There's a photo attached to the issue I reported on a morning that wasn't the worst. It's really bad when there's a cyclist and a pedestrian - splashing will happen.

This sidewalk defect remains unaddressed.

Can quite possibly close this one out. A crew just finished repaving the sidewalk and regrading the areas around this part of the sidewalk. I'm optimistic it will resolve the flooding issues...

The sidewalk may be better, but the crosswalk at Wheeler St is still unfixed. But even if the sidewalk is fixed, it was landscaping - that strikes me as a temporary fix. As the grass and dirt changes, it may or may not last.
