Description

We have had hot water issues for 4 months. It is in the dead of winter, and ice cold freezing water comes from the shower and faucets. Occasionally, the heat doesn't work as well. There has been numerous attempts to rectify the situation but no action has taken place. We have called the After Hours Emergency Maintenance Dept. approximately more than 25 times. We pay money for Hot Water and we rarely get it. Management doesn't seem to care and they are very casual about the whole situation.
