Description

The large cedar is breaking the sidewalk and pushing up cable, Telephone, and water meters. The roots are pushing against and wrapping around our (756 Gull) gas and electric lines, the needles have blocked all our drains and downspouts causing flooding on the roof, and the roots have destroyed our front lawn. We have the roots cut but they come back quickly because we water the lawn. Our neighbor, Xu Yao, refuses to discuss the issue with us and avoids seeing us. We are at a loss as to how to proceed. PGE can do nothing. Is there anything the City can do to, at least, get him to talk to us.
