I am not sure why the case has been closed. I have reported this same dumping site 3 times and it still looks today just like the picture. It has not been removed, and the pile continues to grow. Can the COH please remove the rubbish before we have an even bigger pile of rubbish in the Washington Avenue Arts District, where many people from throughout the country attend events? It does not represent our city well to outsiders who are visiting the art venues.
