I do not understand why this case has been closed. At this moment those tires are still on the property, collecting stagnant water breeding mosquitos, as well as being an eyesore. The tires have been there 6 months, and I have reported it at least twice. Can't the city fine the homeowner or remove the tires? It is a health hazard and an eyesore in the Washington Avenue Arts District.
