Description
My apt is not heated adequately heaters do not work or keep apt warm. Front door is not secured cannot close/lock it the wind blows it open often and the air comes in my apt. Bad roach infestation also I have repairs my bathroom ceiling leaks mold growing under the bathroom sink no top lock/dead bolt on my apt door only a door knob. Oven does not work I cannot cook or use the stove properly. There is no mailboxes for the mail tenants must share a mailbox and mailbox is outside unsecured anyone can access people's personal mailings
