Description

This truck has been idling on Derby Street for a few hours now. Nobody is in the truck or around the truck at all or I would ask them if they could shut the vehicle off. My living room smells of diesel and I wish I could say this is the first time a city of Salem truck was left idling unattended for hours. I understand that there is maintenance work on sewer and water happening but this truck doesn't seem to be involved. I would like to give the person the benefit of the doubt that they just forgot :(
