FYI … The Town's Beach Furniture Ordinance does not regulate the Residence Inn Marriot as to submitting a beach furniture operations plan. However, they must comply with the general regulations and policies that apply to the general public. We have met with representatives of the Marriot and they are aware of our expectations of them as to beach chair and umbrella storage and set-up. Please be assured that the Town will enforce our new Beach Furniture Ordinance.
