Description
Eastlake needs to remove the asphalt they've put over the concrete, and repave with concrete. Our curbs are non existent now, and allow much damage to the tree lawns. Your argument that it's not a major thoroughfare doesn't hold water. Considering, streets in the development behind Glen (Freed, Hobbie, etc...) are paved with concrete and only residents use those streets. All residents from those back developments use Glen to get to 91, as do people cutting through from 91 to get to Eastlake Dr and Stevens, to St. Justin's and beyond. We bought homes with concrete streets and paid the highest prices for those homes, of any others in Eastlake, at the time they were built. Our taxes are still prorated for concrete streets with curbs. No wonder many residents are moving out of the city with this kind of dissatisfaction.
