I reported this in October. It was assigned to "Code Enforcement 2." There was no response from this City employee. None. Nothing.

My experience with whoever Code Enforcement 2 is that it is a black hole where complaints are assigned that will never be investigated. We should not be paying for non-responsive employees or for those who simply set everything to auto-reply.
Who is Code Enforcement 2 and who is Code Enforcement 2's supervisor? This is public money and the public has the right to know.

I'll be contacting the leasing company directly. I don't think the city should pay to clean up after an irresponsible landlord, but it should enforce anti-blight codes.

Thank you for brining this to our attention."
Maybe this has 'brined' long enough?
The rabble seem to be 'stewing' at this point.
