I think mark has a valid concern here - the pavement on Oberlin Road from Cameron Village north to Wade Avenue is in rough shape. I'd like to hear a valid response to how this is going to be addressed, either by the city or adjacent developers (or reason why not) that isn't the standard copy and paste response that SeeCickFix uses.

Whoever cut for access - needs to return, remove the improper fill work and correct the situation by compacting the fill as it is replaced. The road surface should be conforming to the rest of the street surface before the cut.
This street has been repaved numerous times as evidenced by the asphalt over the gutter.
Proper cut and repair would reduce the constant need for repaving, saving the people of Raleigh many tax dollars..
