Description

The ramp meter on the entrance ramp to GA400 (from Old Milton Parkway) is doing nothing bu causing traffic problems (defeating the purpose). There's no traffic on GA400 northbound at Old Milton during afternoon commuter hours (4:30-6:00), but the traffic on the on ramp backs up all the way up the ramp and all the way down Old Milton for a long way due to the meter being turned on. I submitted this same issue a couple of weeks ago and was told by y'all that I needed to call the Ga. DOT (which I did). They told me this wasn't a state issue, but that I needed to contact the City of Alpharetta, so I'm back with y'all.
