Description

A couch has been dumped in the vacant lot. Same place the the mattress were left. Trash continues to pile up including stolen shopping carts, illegal dumping etc. These issue are becoming a growing problem on 73rd Ave Saint Pete neighborhood. The transient housing on this end of the Beach is is the major contributor of these issue.
