121 days since I reported this!!! The inefficiency of this portal is insane. First, it should take 20 minutes to fix, second, why do you keep sending updates when you should be checking with DPW to see if they fixed it. I seriously doubt that in 121 days no one has even come out to look at it.

151 days since I reported this!, complete waste of taxpayer funds on this " see it click it fix it" its s pothole not the Grand Canyon. Just send a crew of 10-12 workers out to fill it. If you have to, hire a contractor.
