Description

This residence have filled up the recycle bin in the back alley behind his residence again with concrete and unrecyclable heavy stuff. We cant lift it to empty it. When I called the sanitation department to complain and request they come out and empty it for they have ignored this bin.for the last pick up I was told they will not that it was up to us to empty it because they will not pick up dangerous stuff. what? But we have to live with it.? We are homeowners and these residents rent. why should we have to live like that? One neighbor had to put up a special fence back there in the alley to stop this residence from dumping all his brick and concrete. they have even got a big bump on the road from his concrete. . Please come take this bin. It is not our fault 3901 7th st s are habitual illegal dumpers .If you do not step up to take care of this what is the use of an association if there is nothing that association can do about an issue. The police have been called to this residence for illegal dumping. The answer I received today was unacceptable. I am a homeowner and I also pay taxes and do not expect to receive negativity from the sanitation workers. I treat them with the utmost respect and I do deserve respect back. . My big question is Why isn't this resident arrested.? He should be paying for all the clean up. It has been reported to the city, the police and sanitation. Id like this situation gone. Thank You for removing this bin. This has gone on long enough.I
