This web service was set up without the knowledge or approval of our organization and we were never informed that residents would have the ability to report issues through this platform. Since we did not know this site existed, no one from Town staff has been monitoring this site for requests or inquiries up until today. I sincerely apologize for this inconvenience. The Town of Glastonbury does have its own Service Request system available at www.glastonbury-ct.gov/citizenrequest which we monitor actively. Through our service, you can submit anything from a pothole report to a fallen tree, and you actually have the ability to receive updates as we work to resolve your issue. We invite you to please use that platform for reporting future requests so that the appropriate Town staff can respond promptly.
