Description

I caught a landscaper blowing a pile of leaves and branches down a sewer drain in or neighborhood. I asked him to stop but pretty much got a negative response from him. I told him doing this clogs the sewer drain and causes backups and flooding in heavy rains.

What I didn't have handy was the city ordinance against knowingly blowing large debris down the drain. If I see others doing this what ramification are there for those individuals or landscapers? What can Residence do to assist in helping to enforce this and have fines on these individuals?

It annoys me when I see people doing this.
