Does putting in an uneeded sidewalk really have to ruin the quality of the roads? Seriously, get the roads in good condition before putting in a sidewalk to go nowhere.

I just found out that the sidewalk has been put on hold because the money has disappeared! It was a Federal Grant and now Paterson is saying the money is no longer there. This needs to be finished and then the roads need to be repaired!!

how can they possibly put something half done on hold? the road through town is horrendous. especially since it's one of the detour routes for 213 being closed.
