Lack of water drainage has caused a 4ft x 1ft x 4-6in deep pothole in the street in front of 316 appian way ne. Can someone please address this or direct me to someone who can?

This pothole has not been fixed. I'm not sure what pothole Pavement & Traffic is repairing, but the pothole at the end of my driveway is still there - it has NOT been repaired.
