Not to far from the area described above there are far more lights out that have been out for more than a month. This city may want to consider a regular policing of the lights so that we do not get to this point. The lights in the Derby street area are so dim to begin with, if we regularly allow so many lights to to be out, the entire New Derby and Derby St. area is dangerously dark.
