I don't see a need for this, this is why I live in Painesville Twp., its a township if you want sidewalks, etc. move back to the city!

I do agree that there is a need. We are talking more of a path than a sidewalk. Even a berm would help. Drivers are so distracted these days and often won't move over to put some space between the bike and the car when it is clear for the car to do so. Let's share the road.

We are in the township for a reason we don't want a bunch of sidewalks, etc. If you want a bike path pay for it yourself or move out and go to the city!

When I moved to this area 10 years ago, the traffic on Bacon was not a problem at all. Since then, hundreds of homes and condos have been built, making Bacon a VERY busy road. And I understand that hundreds more homes and condos are planned. Regardless what you think, people (including children) are walking and riding on Bacon, and it's only going to get more foot and bike traffic in the future. As it is right now, Bacon has absolutely no shoulder, which forces walkers and riders to walk and ride in traffic. A simple 3-foot berm would do wonders to make it safer for everyone.

Lower the speed limit if nothing else. Heck, you could make some money by giving speeding tickets.

This sign is a bit strong.
It is ok for bikes and cars to share the road.
Please slow down when passing a biker and give us room. We try to stay out of your way but on a road like Bacon, there is not much room.

This issue is over Three years old. All I see is a "WATERED DOWN" but real subject. Is anybody looking at these, let alone doing anything about the problems? This "Clickfix" site seems like a good idea if it produced results. When looking at the map It's just filled with outdated dots.
