While using Belt line road from walnut hill heading north to 121 coppell. Which is belt line all the way 9mile aprox. Should not be taking 30 mins a day in the mornings 6:30am-7:30am and coming back in evening 4:pm aprox. While driving from each traffic signal we have to stop. And the road ahead is clear till the next light. There is no continuity of traffic flow at all. So most of the cross traffic is not using belt line but we have to stop at every light. I feel you could have a better traffic flow and keep the lights open on green much longer. It should take no more than 15-20 min issuing the corrrct speed to drive up and down belt line. Please readjust the lights to have more traffic passing up the road than the stop at every light and blank roads just sitting. Thank you
