Rope/ LED lights around windows are violations. We have to many business violating the window, building , sign violations . Windows are not allowed to be covered much at all & no other signs allowed on property, expect to name of business. Too much sign clutter that u dont see in east Memphis or suburbs. Code needs to to do a city sweep of exterior businesses violations.
