There are these 2 hoops and also 2 more in the neighborhood, both are on 19th st NW between Frazer and Cleveland ave, this is extremely dangerous to have 5 yr olds playing in middle of street what parenting, please advise all four of these locations as it breaks the law and also but people in harm's way. Building dept has the right to enforce this, police dept also has the right to enforce, if either depts have issues please contact your Safety Director!

The problem we have had in the past is the police going there, no one playing on street as they drive by. without getting out of patrol car and making sure that it is removed( find out whom owns them) This will be a item we must work on
