Description

A stop sign is needed on Ruffin street, at corner of Ruffin and Taylor. The street is being used as a cut through between Dixie Trail and Faircloth. Due the the hills on either side, vehicles proceed at very high speed, endangering pedestrians, bicyclists, and particularly children. It is a very dangerous traffic condition.
