Day 2. The "vehicle parked the wrong way on a 2-way street" is an extra near-daily bonus that some BPT PD officer could easily cite independent of the blight issue... easy pickings!

There must be something going on with this street! This neighbors garage has been emitting such a foul odor since the weather started getting warmer. Definitely could be a serious case of hoarding. They are notorious for filling their neighbors trash bins as well. THIS is even easier pickings!!!!!!

College students live on the street in numerous houses not just this one pictured or the three next to it. The police have not been called to the house while the current residents have lived there. The fire department came one time (because the neighbor called) and promptly left as they could find no issues on the property. The picture above is not of a fraternity house at all, and it is insulting one would associate such a place with any Universities fraternal organizations. Seems like a petty issue of one neighbor not being able to sell a house and attempting to take it out on residents nearby. Childish.

Yes the fire dept. ,did go there and put out an open fire in the back yard.Open burning is against the law in Bpt. , and yes the police have been there this school.

The Kappa Sigma in front of the house this fall obviously induced me into think this is a fraternity house. I'll check with Sacred Heart and see where it really is.

Garbage has been taken and cleaned up.
