Description

It started with one or two of these homes (rentals?) leaving their trash containers and recycle containers out on the curb every day all day.... Now it is spreading and there are six houses leaving their trash out ALL THE TIME...... Driving down 600 north magnolia is like driving through a TRASH CAN ALLEY and is unsightly, distasteful, and brings whole neighborhood DOWN. This has been going on for at least 6 months...
