Description

Large tree stump and large branches not cut into smaller pieces. Entire container is full. The residence at 1421 21st Ave. N. are responsible for dumping The stump and large branches. They never called to have it picked up and they are always breaking compliance rules. I wish code compliance with just inspect on a regular basis so residents don't have to rat everyone out.
