Isn't this private property? Or is that actually a city owned parking spot?

Actually the lot is 50 feet wide - the building is 36 feet wide with a 4 foot porch own each side -(total of 44 feet) this leaves exactly 3 feet on each side past the porches -(on the boat ramp side) - which is inside of the palm trees on the corner. Technically, where the black car is parked in front of the garage in the back, is on the City of Treasure Island property. One big event - (might have been 4th of July) they had signs that they were charging for parking on the boat ramp. This is a public boat ramp that we ALL pay for and should have equal access - otherwise I would love to be able to leave a boat there instead of having to store it somewhere.

Thanks for the clarification. I always thought that was private.

Boat is still parked on public property
