This address seems to have been illegally divided into two properties since there is a new dividing fence and a new driveway to the new building located in back, visible from the street and from the levy behind the property. The fencing also appears to be too tall between the divided property and also between the 914 and 916 addresses. I don't believe fencing is allowed as close to the buildings either. There are multiple violations if no permits were filed. Note that the rear building may have had illegal electrical, gas, and water, sewer and garbage additions. Property tax violations possible too.
