The police were already called and they said its a code enforcement issue. Police and Codes are referring this back to each other.

Update from the Codes Compliance Department: this is a noise issue which is handled by the Police Dept. Please call non-emergency at 727-893-7780 to report.

This issue is not fixed. Stop saying it's CLOSED! The fan is still making noise. The occupant next door to 5411 Burlington Ave called the non-emergency number at SPPD, and they came out and instructed her to contact Codes Compliance Dept. Now Codes Compliance Dept is saying to call SPPD....Nothing is resolved and this issue is not closed.
