Description

The yard debris at the gate of my property has not been picked up in a year. The gate opens onto the service alley and the city refuses to pick it up. The city always picks up yard debris that I leave at the front of this property. What is the difference???? I have made multiple reports of this problem and no one has contacted me or bothered to tell me why this is not being handled.
