Yes - NH Parking Authority does make late night rounds in the area because we have so many recurrent offenders. Those that park in those NO STANDING ANYTIME zones don't realize that when they park in those zones, they are impeding the views of vehicles that have to turn at those intersections, as well as make it difficult or impossible for emergency vehicles and school buses to make those turns, especially on one-way streets with parking on the opposite street. There is clear signage but I guess the extra incentive of a parking fine will help also.
