3 New York Ave looks like the Recycling Plant on the way from the NC Heights down to Observer Highway. The photo I took and where I saw the dumping happening is on the corner of Hoboken Avenue/Rt. 139, where the Bergen Arches ravine/old rail line ravine is. The ravine is a mess, filled with pallets and trash, and the trucks in the parking lot continue to use it as a dump. I hope the right people got the ticket/fine! Also hope the trash gets cleaned up soon - I'd do it myself/organize neighbors for a cleanup if it weren't on the side of the cliff down into the railroad tracks. A bit dangerous for average citizens to have to deal with...
