Description

Numerous deep potholes ib the alleyway between sheppard, belmony, ellwood and floyd. At least 10 click and fix reports, requests have resulted in no action for 2 years. Alleyway becoming almost impassibe,Alley between Grove/Floyd/Belmont/Sheppard perpetually has potholes. They never get fixed correctly. Filled with gravel, reappear soon after rain. Bigger issue at north entrance to alley at Belmont. Huge holes that collect water. No drainage. Leads to both mosquitoes, and more importantly, structural damage. Neighbor has water entering basement. there are also other reports as well
