Third attempt on this one, maybe it will be a charm.

Report 1 - The old casting was removed and a new smaller one installed. Thought it was fixed (the issue was closed), but oh, wait, it wasn't really fixed. The replacement casting started sinking into the ground again, so I entered...

Report 3 - The thing is still sinking into the ground; and I'm going to guess that this is a water shutoff. I suppose it's attached to a water line! We await a geyser?

Ms. C in Engineering, I spoke w/you about this before, and they did make that first (non) repair. Can we pls get this fixed for good? Thank you.
