You are stating that this person has a contract to 'plug' into a city power supply?

I am so sorry, but I gave you some incorrect information. That vendor is not a city approved vendor. They were already at that location and rent their space from one of the other businesses on the North Shore. I am not sure which one. We have 6 approved vendors, but they don't start until next month. I have spoken with the Chief Electrical Inspector for the City and he is on his way down to that location to advise the vendor to unplug. He does not have authorization to be using power from that location.
I appreciate you bringing this to our attention and again I apologize for the misinformation.

The Electrical Inspector has been to this location and the issue with the vendor using city electricty has been resolved.

Thank you... I asked the follow-up question because there are things that look right and things that really don't look right.
