We need help on this block I know we have representative from the 4th or 5th ward on the block who does absolutely nothing good for the neighborhood concerning these issues unkept driveways, high weeds, abondon vechicles, loud music playing at 9pm, dog waste, and no community involvement to come out and sweep the block. We have new neighbors but we an work together to maintain our block and I'm sure everyone will participate in cleaning theblock but we need to work together, we need a dog fine posted in and around the block we have a lot of dog owners in this area. Please help we all need to maintain the community and not abandon it because long term residents are moving away there are poorer neighborhoods that are well maintained in Philadelphia we can do the same, don't give up on us.
