1844 S.16th Street is a multi-unit dumping machine. Much of their mail have been found in bags of bricks and concrete consistant to unpermitted construction which have been taking place at this location by a landlord who lives at in the area a few blocks away. There is to be no reason why they should be short dumping in our area.
