The building that was formerly Mix is covered in graffiti. Individuals have been adding new graffiti every few days and it makes the neighborhood look very unsightly and unsafe. Please remove all graffiti. The building owner is rarely present as the building has been listed for sale for several months, otherwise I would direct my complaint to the building owner.
