Agree, bicycles are vehicles and should be on the road following all traffic laws.

Regardless whether you feel bikes should ride on the road or sidewalk this is an issue for all modes of travel other than cars.(personally I think whenever bikes can travel on something other than the actual road especially major roads it is safer and better for all involved and if there are sidewalks the biker themselves can make the choice on which they feel safer riding on. One thing I will say younger kids on bikes should be on sidewalks not major roads whether with a parent or not ) Anyway, how nice to have a sidewalk connecting all the residential areas along 91 to the sidewalks along the business areas on Euclid so residents can easily walk/ride to restaurants or convenience stores etc. The path through the grass is not ideal especially if it has just rained or in the the winter months when maybe a warmer day when snow is melting a sidewalk might be usable where the path through the grass is not.

Still needs to be done. Pedestrians from the apartments up on Rte 84 as well as the big turtle complexes on Rte 91 are out of luck if they care to walk to the stores down on Euclid Ave.
