Description
When the utilities were put in, the road was never closed back up. There are 4 gravel sections. The builders are gone and homeowners have moved in. The space for a sidewalk was also cut in but not completed.

This to me is becoming an issue in Brockton. It's seems when new construction homes are being built and the utility companies dig to run the gas lines and/or whatever, they do not repave the streets/sidewalks back properly.
The same issue has and is occurring on Arthur street around the corner from St. Casimir as well. All those new homes that were built and the repaving of the street is just horrible. It's a shabby job, not leveled at all, and frankly is an eye sore. I think some type of inspection should be done/completed upon completion of utility company digging up streets and sidewalks.
