I believe the County just regraded and replanted grass seed on the shoulder of Price Manor Way. Just to let you know that unless the county ropes off the shoulder allowing the grass to grow, the vehicles continue to park there (see photos attached). other items of interest:
1) I would suggest the county get Burch Construction to set up temporary trash cans. Note bottles, launch bags thrown on side road and forest retention area by construction crews.
2) A water truck would come in the area along Price Manor Way to keep the dust down. Any chance that can be addressed as we moving into a dry spring/ summer.
3) The left turn lane from John Hopkins Rd to Price Manor. Will the county remove the concrete barrier? Last year when we had the snow storm, it wasn't plowed for 2 weeks. Not that I expect a March surprise, but with 200 apartments coming on line and a renovated Chic Fil A, the single left turn will be overloaded.
